Step 1 - Download the Application
Step 2 - Submit the Application and Supporting Documents
• Drivers License or US Government Issued ID
• Proof of income – (1) Last 4 Paystubs; or (2) Previous two years Income Tax Returns
• (optional) Letters of recommendation, Offer of Employment, etc.
Step 3 - Pay Application Fee
• Payments Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Cash, Direct Deposit*
• Florida residents: $60 app fee; Out-of-State Residents: $70 app fee
• Application fees are non-refundable

Additional Information:
• Application RESULTS take a minimum of two business days.
• The owner will request first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent to move in. Last month’s rent is dependent on the results of the application.
• The owner asks that you take possession of the home within 15-days of being approved.
• We encourage you not to apply if you a have credit score below 550, have ever been evicted, have bad rental history or have recent or drug/violence related felonies.
