Step 2 - Submit the Application and Supporting Documents

• Drivers License or US Government Issued ID
• Proof of income – (1) Last 4 Paystubs; or (2) Previous two years Income Tax Returns
• (optional) Letters of recommendation, Offer of Employment, etc. 

Step 3 - Pay Application Fee

• Payments Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Cash, Direct Deposit*
• Florida residents: $60 app fee; Out-of-State Residents: $70 app fee
• Application fees are non-refundable

Payment-Methods

Additional Information:

  • Applcation fees are nonrefunable.

  • Application results are typically available within 2 business days.

  • Upon approval, the owner will require first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, subject to applicable state and local laws.

  • Additional move-in funds, if any, will be determined based on the application review.

  • Approved applicants are expected to take possession within 15 days of approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Standard screening criteria apply, including credit history, rental history, and background screening.
    Criminal history, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with fair housing laws.
