Additional Information:

  • Applcation fees are nonrefunable.
  • Application results are typically available within 2 business days.
  • Upon approval, the owner will require first month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, subject to applicable state and local laws.
  • Additional move-in funds, if any, will be determined based on the application review.
  • Approved applicants are expected to take possession within 15 days of approval unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Standard screening criteria apply, including credit history, rental history, and background screening. Criminal history, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with fair housing laws.
